We have launched a brand new and FREE way of delivering therapy online. My Mind Matters is an interactive and personalised therapy programme delivered to treat depression, anxiety, work-related stress and more.

There are various online treatment modules which include a range of reading materials, techniques and diaries to engage in. These are specifically selected by your therapist. The modules can be independently completed or guided by your therapist (guided self help). You will receive weekly feedback from your therapist where you can discuss any questions that you might have about your modules.

Is this for you?

The flexibility of My Mind Matters makes it an ideal therapeutic option for people who are/have:

  • Difficulty attending regular face-to-face appointments.
  • Caring responsibilities (e.g. childcare).
  • Working full time.
  • Limited by physical health problems.
  • Motivated.
