We offer a range of brief talking therapies. The main therapy that we provide for anxiety disorders, in line with guidance from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). For depression we provide CBT, Counselling and Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) .
We offer therapy in a range of different formats; telephone, online, face-to-face**, and video options coming soon.
Most people that we see attend one of our CBT workshops or groups**, or receive guided self-help. We have a rolling programme of workshops and groups within our service, including an Introduction to CBT workshop, a Wellbeing Workshop and an Improving Self-Confidence group.
**We are currently exploring options to deliver these online, given the current Covid-19 situation
In addition to talking therapy we are able to offer employment support, which includes help with developing CVs and advice and support about returning to work.
