Sometimes we’re not the most appropriate service for people that we see and we may signpost you on to another service. Below is a list of some of our most common signposting options:
Single Point of Access
The Single Point of Access (SPA), also known as the 24/7 Helpline, is a telephone based service that manages all adult mental health referrals and provides telephone support for patients and carers. The helpline can be accessed on 0300 1234 244.
Phoenix Counselling and Psychotherapy Service
This service, based in Feltham, provides low cost individual and group psychotherapy and counselling. There is no restriction on where clients live or where their registered GP is. They generally offer 12-24 sessions, but this can be increased up to 52 sessions.
Asian Family Counselling Service
This service, based in Southall, provides culturally sensitive counselling for individuals, couples and families from an Asian background. They provide face to face and telephone counselling in Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi and English.
Hounslow Youth Counselling Service
A free confidential service, based in Isleworth, for all young people aged 11-25 living, working or studying in the London Borough of Hounslow.
Women and Girls Network
This service offers free counselling and telephone helpline support for women over the age of 16 who have experienced gendered violence. They also workshops and advocacy support services.
This service provides free workshops, talking therapy and employment support for people aged 18 or over who are registered with a GP in the London Borough of Ealing.
Back on Track (Hammersmith & Fulham IAPT)
Back on Track is a free and confidential psychological therapies service for anyone over 18 living in Hammersmith & Fulham. It offers psychological help to people with low level symptoms of anxiety or depression, or those going through a stressful situation.
