COVID-19 Service Update

UPDATE: 25/03/2020

Further changes to Service Processes in light of Coronavirus / COVID-19

We regret to inform you that due to increased demand on the NHS and significant staff shortages, we are currently closed to any new self-referrals. Your Health Care Professionals are still  able to refer you to our service, where appropriate.

From Wednesday 25/03/2020, Hounslow IAPT will regrettably no longer be accepting Self Referrals. This is temporary, but will continue until further notice.

Please visit our Helpful Links page for free self-help and self-care resources, useful websites & apps and other local services.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding during this ever-changing situation.

UPDATE: 20/03/2020

We regret to announce that from the evening of 20/03/2020, Hounslow IAPT will be operating a limited service to protect both service users and staff from the spread of the Coronavirus. We are likely to learn more through the coming weeks and will keep our website up to date.

We will be operating a remote service, accessible via telephone and email following government recommendations. We will still be processing referrals and offering telephone assessments and telephone and online treatments. We are also currently looking into video calling so that we can offer other modes of delivering our service.

When calling our service, please choose option 2 to speak to an Administrator and leave a message.

Our Administration Team will be collecting voicemails throughout the working day, between 9am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Alternatively, please email: houccg.hounslowiapt@nhs.net

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and if there is any delay in returning your call, our Administration Team will be working to respond to all messages as soon as possible and no later than the next working day.

We thank you for your patience and understanding in these unprecedented times.

Understandably many people are experiencing high levels of anxiety given the current uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic.

Please feel free to visit our resources page for some self-help resources and tips to support you during this time.
