Who we see

We are able to see people who are 18 years and older, and who are registered with a GP in the London Borough of Hounslow. There is no upper age limit for our service.

We see people who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety or with depression, and who would like to engage with brief talking therapy to help overcome those difficulties. In order to be able to make effective use of talking therapy people need to be able to attend regularly; appointments are normally weekly or fortnightly. In addition, people need to be able to dedicate some time between sessions to reflect on what has been covered and to do some tasks to consolidate what has been learned during the previous session.

We are not able to see people who are currently in crisis. If you are in crisis, please click here. We are also not able to see people who have severe and enduring mental health difficulties (e.g. psychosis) whose needs would be better met by secondary care mental health services.
