Stress Control Course

Our Stress Control Course is a lecture-based course that provides evidence-based techniques to help you to overcome the symptoms of stress, reduce the impact of stressors, and learn ways of coping with everyday difficulties. You can find out more about the course here.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy courses

We offer in-depth courses based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help with a range of difficulties, from the Fighting Fear course to the Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy course. Each course has its own focus dependent on your presenting difficulty. Most importantly, you will be provided with evidence-based approaches and several in-depth sessions to get the most out of what CBT can offer. You can find out more here.

Guided Self-help

Based on cognitive behavioural therapy, we offer one-to-one guided self-help for those with more specific difficulties that have a mild to moderate impact on your wellbeing. You would work with a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner over a brief period to help you to become your own therapist and take control of your wellbeing. We offer one-to-one cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to those who have difficulties that might require a more tailored approach.
